Social Responsibility Management Policy Statement
1. We promise to comply with domestic labor-related laws, relevant regulations and SA8000: 2014 version, as well as making continuous improvement in establishment, implementation and maintenance.
2. Scientific, institutionalized and humanized management; Optimizing resource allocation, improving work efficiency, reducing operating costs, maximizing efficiency.
3. Using child labor is forbidden and unsupported. Child labor or forced labor at suppliers or subcontractors are unacceptable. Minor workers and female workers are protected according to relevant laws and regulations.
4. The company against cruel and inhumane treatment to employees, including sexual harassment, sexual abuse, corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion, or verbal abuse of workers; Freedom of workers is respected and that any form of forced or prison labor are prohibited.
5. Employees have equal opportunities in recruitment, promotion, welfare and remuneration. Any form of discrimination is banned.
6. 8-hour shift shift schedule is implemented. Employees shall adhere to the principle of working overtime voluntarily. Reasonable production plan is arranged to guarantee that at least one day off will be given to employees after 6 consecutive days of work
7. Labor-management cooperation is promoted. The freedom of association and of collective bargaining by law is respected.
8. Employees are employed at a rate in or in excess of the applicable minimum wage law and all relevant laws, such as overtime fee and statutory benefits. The information on salary payment shall be delivered to the employee through the pay slip. None of punitive salary deduction is allowed.
9. Providing safe and hygienic working conditions, living conditions and social welfare facilities to ensure the health and safety of employees.
10. Complying with domestic laws and regulations, as well as environmental legislation to minimize the impact on environmental health and safety during production activities.
11. Continuous improvement and perfection for Social Responsibility Management System. Constantly improving the capability to fulfill the requirements and expectations for employees, customers and other stakeholders to achieve sustainable development.
